John is a published legal scholar and served in the Air Force for over 30 years, retiring in the rank of Colonel. John is a graduate of American University’s Washington College of Law and the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is a licensed member in good standing of the Virginia, D.C., and New Jersey Bar Associations, and is authorized to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Armed Forces.
